You need to log out then basically log back in
Go to ACCOUNT while in GOLD App top right
Or Switch User on far right corner depending on app version
Either Log out or switch user and when on next SCREEN with the USERS tab (White Rectangle) then you will long press the circle button on your remote to open up a MENU then Select EDIT
Once EDIT is selected the SAVE AND LOG IN
Then Select YES
Then once LOGGED in INSTALL EPG (under the MOVIES tab.)
